Few Unknown Facts about Pakistan Pakistan Resolution was presented by Lion of Bangal A.K. Fazal-ul-Haq. Let me tell you his name, that man was Sir Zafar-Ullah khan who drafted Pakistan resolution which was presented by A.K. Fazal-ul-Haq in 1940 at MINTO PARK.  Do you know who first Law Minister of Pakistan was? NO, because he was a Hindu. Let me tell you about that great man who was appointed by M.Ali Jinnah, his name was Jogendranath Mandal. Who was later appointed as First labour Minister and then 2nd   Minister of Commonwealth and Kashmir Affairs . However, realized his folly in 1950 when thousands of lower castes Hindus were massacred in East Bengal generating a wave of refugees to India.
